My rates vary depending on the type and length of training you're looking for. The avg. personal training session is $60. I want to make personal training something the average person can afford. My lowest rate is $25 per session per person with a minimum of 5 sessions per week, $30 per session with a minimum of 4 sessions per week, $35 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week. The more you workout the less it will cost you in $ & your health. For couples training I will offer a 20% discount. So make the best investment you can make by investing in your health & fitness.
